"Rooks Consulting LLC's founding member, Adrian Catalan, is an experienced transactional attorney and trusted advisor to both individuals and companies.

 

Adrian received his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Richardson School of Law. He concurrently obtained a Master of Business Administration from the Shidler College of Business. Prior to attending law school, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Human Resource Management, and International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Hawaii.

 

Before founding Rooks Consulting LLC, Adrian worked in large technology and real estate companies and as a consultant to international companies. Adrian is admitted to the Hawaii State Bar Association and holds an IAPP - Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US) certification.
